Ahimsa = Non Killing, Non Violence & Non Interference
- Brahmarshi Patriji, Founder, PSSM
THE NEED
Most of us were never taught to question where our food comes from, what's in our products, or how our daily choices affect other beings and the planet.
Plant-based living is often misunderstood seen as extreme, inaccessible, or a Western trend. But rooted in the ancient Indian principle of Ahimsa (non-violence), compassionate living is deeply familiar to this soil.
This 11-day course exists to cut through the noise. No guilt. No pressure. Just clear, honest, well-researched information so you can make informed choices that align with your values.
Your 11 Day Journey
One Conscious Journey toward compassionate living
Day 1
Day 2
Day 3
Introduction, Ethics & Animal Cruelty
What does it truly mean to live in a way that causes no harm - towards Ahimsa? A gentle introduction to PSSM, and PSSM SWAGG.
Meat, Fish & Eggs
What really happens before meat, fish, or eggs arrive on your plate — and once you know, can you unknow it? A closer look behind the industries.
Dairy & Honey
If dairy is “vegetarian,” why do so many people quietly walk away from it? And is honey really as gentle as we’ve always believed? A closer look behind the industries.
Day 4
Nutrition & Recipes
Can a plant-based diet truly give your body everything it needs? And what does a wholesome, nourishing Indian plant-based meal actually look like?
Not a substitute for a nutritionist or dietician — simply a guide to help you understand a little better.
Day 5
Scientific Evidence
What does the latest research really tell us about plant-based diets? And why are some of the world’s leading health institutions now recommending them?
Day 6
Myth Busting
“But what about protein? B12? Calcium? Isn’t it expensive?” Let’s finally take every objection you’ve heard — and maybe believed — and put it to the test.
Day 7
Zero Waste Living
Plant-based living reaches far beyond the plate. How much waste do we quietly create each day — and what would truly living zero-waste feel like?
Day 8
Innovations & Alternatives
What if going plant-based in India turned out to be more affordable and more delicious than you ever imagined — with so much already available right near you?
Day 9
Environmental Impact
How much land, water, and carbon do our food choices quietly cost the planet? And what could shift if each of us made just one small change?
The earth doesn’t ask us to show up perfectly. It only asks that we show up — in every action, every choice.
Day 10
Spiritual Perspective
What did India’s greatest sages, meditators, and spiritual teachers understand about food, consciousness, and compassion that most of us have quietly forgotten?
Day 11
Documentaries
Which films, documentaries, and books bring these truths to light — and could they gently move you toward a different choice?

What is PSSM SWAGG ?
PSSM SWAGG is a conscious movement founded in November 2020 by Parinitha Patri and a global initiative by Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement (PSSM). PSSM SWAGG focuses on 3 main objectives:
1. Save Water
2. Save Animals
3. Plant Trees.
PSSM SWAGG wishes to create awareness programs focused on ahimsa, conscious and compassionate living with meditation as the foundation.
This 11-day course is our contribution to that vision. It is an invitation to explore what Patriji's teachings have always pointed toward: that how we eat, how we consume, and how we live are inseparable from who we are becoming.
